Introducing The Cape May Kraken Tournament Teams!

Our goal is to provide ice hockey throughout the year. If you are a current travel player looking for more ice, or a player that is currently not able to commit to the full travel schedule, this a great option!

At Hollydell Ice Arena Futures rink

2 Divisions: Shoal Water (10U/12U) and Deep Sea (14U/16U)

3 Game Guarantee

Games: 20 minute games. Running Clock. Fast Paced!

Teams: 9 players and 1 goalie per team. Teams will divided evenly based on skill and level of play to create balanced teams. The club will select the teams.

Cost: $40 per player

ONLY 4 GOALIE SPOTS per division!

14/16U - NO MORE SPOTS AVAILABLE

All players must be registered to participate in evaluations, practices or games. No exceptions will be made. All players are required to be registered with USA Hockey. Full ice hockey gear is required.

Games rules:

20 min games
5 min break in between.
Fast paced, no faceoffs.
After scoring, teams will retreat to their blue line and can not engage until the opposing team enters the neutral zone.
NO CHECKING for 10U/12U division (USA hockey competitive body contact rules apply)
USA hockey penalties apply with changes below.
Minor penalties: all minor penalties will be handled by a penalty shot.
Any major penalties will result in players automatic suspension.

Cape May Kraken Spring Hockey

High School and Middle School!

The Cape May Kraken 2024 spring teams will be playing in the SJ Middle School and High School League. All games will be played at The Flyers Training Center in Voorhees, NJ. League runs April to mid June Competitive games against other South Jersey teams.

Includes:

8 games

Playoffs for top 4 teams in each division

Cape May Kraken Jersey

Middle School: $400 per player. Open to all 4th - 7th graders

High School: $425 per player. Open to all 8th - 11th graders

($100 commitment fee is due at registration and will be applied to the total registration fee. Balance will be due by March 1, 2024. No refunds)
